During what has been the one of the busiest off-seasons for a long time, Andy Roberts has secured the services of another local player with Mike McGreary joining the club from Oxton.

Commenting on this, 1st XI Captain Andy Roberts said "Mike is a fine young all-rounder who will add quality to the senior squad at Upton. He's a young cricketer eager to improve and I look forward to him being able to achieve his cricketing goals alongside our other young players in the club."
