With our 'marquee weekend' functions coming up next weekend, we are in desperate need of people to help deliver letters to local residents advising them of the functions.

This is a really important thing we need to do not just out of courtesy but as part of our licensing agreements.

There aren't a great deal of houses to deliver to, and if there's a good amount of volunteers it shouldn't take long.

The letters need delivering over this coming weekend, so if you can spare 15-20 minutes to help out I would be extremely grateful.
