Following on from last week's exciting news about the Ladies team entering the Cheshire League and as the female membership at the club continues to grow and with our girls performing so well last year, we are delighted to announce a new partnership with the ‘This Girl Can’ campaign on the Wirral.

The campaign aims to encourage girls and women across the country to participate in a wider variety of sports and provide opportunities to do so in conjunction with local clubs. The campaign targets girls between the age of 13-16 to encourage them to take up new sports, after research suggested up to 85% of girls at this age do not undertake the recommended amount of sport in a week.

We look forward greatly to supporting the movement and all it stands for, as well receiving support in return from the campaign.
