Hire our facilities

Parties and Events
Our facilities are available to hire between mid-September and mid-April for events such as Children’s parties, special birthdays (though not 18ths or 21sts) or Wedding Anniversaries. We do not hire out during the cricket season, between mid-April and mid-Sept, as the facilities are being used by players. The hire can consist of either the Tearoom alone or can include the Bar area as well for an additional cost. The Bar area however is subject to the availability of our Bar Chairman’s availability to run the event and sufficient staff.

Please note that we are not usually able to hire out for Funeral Wakes. This is because we are run by volunteers and as these types of events normally held during a working day it is difficult to staff the bar.

Business Users
The Tearoom at the club is ideal for use by businesses for classes, conferences or training events during the week. It is easily accessible being near to a motorway junction and has good parking facilities. If you want to discuss the possibility of a one off hire or a continuous booking please contact the Secretary on info@uptoncricketclub.com with your details and the type of event you wish to run.
