For information

On Sunday afternoon two children were playing football on the outfield at the club. They were approached by a stranger who tried to engage them in conversation and said he wanted to become “their friend”. The children left the ground but informed their parents who have in turn reported the incident to the Police.

While this may have been a perfectly innocent encounter it was felt right that our members, especially those with children, were informed as often during the school holidays the Nets and grounds will be used outside programmed training.

Also can I just re-iterate that Juniors under 12 can only use the Nets with adult supervision for safety reasons.
