Support Our Annual Race Night Fundraiser
On Saturday 11th July, we're hosting our annual Race Night fundraiser to help raise vital funds for the club.
The Race Night has become one of the highlights of our fundraising calendar, bringing together players, members, supporters, friends and families for a fantastic evening of entertainment. As well as enjoying the racing and placing bets on the night, supporters can get involved by becoming horse owners, jockeys, or race sponsors.
Most importantly, every pound raised helps support the continued running and development of the club.
Why We're Fundraising
Like many community sports clubs, our running costs continue to increase each year. Funds raised through events such as Race Night help us maintain and improve facilities, purchase new equipment, and ensure that the club remains a welcoming environment for everyone.
Money raised will help contribute towards:
As a volunteer-led club, fundraising events play a crucial role in helping us continue to provide opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
How You Can Support
There are several ways to get involved:
1.Become a Horse Owner
You'll get to choose your horse's name and be in with a chance of winning a prize if your horse wins its race.
2. Become a Jockey
Compete for the title of Champion Jockey and a special prize on the night.
3. Sponsor a Race
Businesses and individuals can sponsor a race for £100, or by donating a suitable prize. Sponsors can name their race and will be recognised throughout the event.
4. Make a Donation
Even if you can't attend the event, any donation—large or small—will help support the club and is greatly appreciated.
