Preview: Both sides go into this encounter on 68 points having won three and lost two of their opening five games. Following last week’s emphatic victory at Christleton, Matt Owen makes two changes this week with Cheshire Over 50s star Darren Warburton coming in alongside Liam Sundve. The visitors come into the game on the back of a heavy defeat last weekend where they were bowled out for just 112, with Stockport winning by seven wickets. In their ranks however, they have the extremely dangerous Ammad Mushtaq who can cause damage with both bat & ball.

The skipper makes five changes, with Luca DiStefano, Mike Yeates, Julian James, Charlie Ward and Dave Stewart all coming in. The hosts come into the game having lost their last two games against Lindow by 53 runs and Macclesfield 4 wickets so will be looking to register a win in what is looking like a compact league from second place down to tenth place.
