Preview: Following last week’s frustrations with the weather, Matt Owen takes his 1st XI to Oulton Park looking to kickstart their promotion push and makes just one change with Liam Sundve coming in. The hosts come into the game on the back of a three-wicket defeat last week having set Stockport a target of 170 to win which they reached in the 41st over. In their ranks they do however have former Cheshire Captain Danny Leech and current Cheshire player Andrew Dufty, so possess plenty of firepower and experience.

Preview: Rich Battersby’s 2nd XI welcome Macclesfield to Old Greasby Road as they look to kick on from last weeks frustrations at Bowdon and keep the pressure on the top two in the division. The skipper makes three changes with Sol Turner returning from 1st XI duty, Sophie Morris hot footing it up from Somerset following her Lancashire commitments, and Julian James. The visitors also suffered at the hands of the weather last week, but prior to that lost against Maritime by nine wickets having been bowled out for 135.

Preview: Luke Williams 3rd XI head to Haslington to face their 2nd XI with a strong team for a game they will believe they can win. The skipper rings the changes with no less than six new faces coming in, namely George Godwin, Callum McCormick, Matt Morris, Ethan Evans, Gary Docherty and Clive Moore. Ther hosts come into the game having won a tight encounter at Oakmere last week where they set a target of 155 and squeaked home by 9 runs.

Preview: Phil Woods’ 4th XI welcome Westminster Park to Old Greasby Road and will be looking ton get back to winning ways against the team who got promoted with us last season. The skipper bolsters his side with the addition of Jimmy Mathieson, Alex Waring and a league debut for Lee Gosney. Prior to last Saturday’s washout, the visitors had won their previous four league games so come into the game full of confidence.

Preview: With a depth of players at her disposal, Ellen McGowan names a strong starting XI for the Ladies XI trip to Didsbury as they look to maintain their 100% record this season. The side features three changes from their last outing, with Hannah McGowan Liv Taylor and Ellie Hickson all returning. Didsbury have had a solid start to their Division 2 campaign and are putting real pressure on Upton at the top of the table having won all of their games bar an abandonment.
